Today, the Latvian national ice hockey team faces a crucial matchup against Austria. While fans across the country are keeping their fingers crossed, our youngest HS Kurbads players are just as engaged – eagerly following every development and making some bold score predictions of their own.

TV3’s morning show “900 sekundes” visited our hockey school “Kurbads” to join the kids during their on-ice training and hear what they think the final score will be. And trust us – optimism is in full supply! One player confidently predicted a 10:0 win, while another anticipated a draw in regular time, followed by victory in a shootout: different views, but the same fiery passion and love for the game.
