Today, we welcomed some special guests—Shadow Day students—to Kurbads Hockey School! Energetic and curious young people joined our coaches to get a real behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to be a hockey coach.

From an early morning training session to exploring the backstage areas and locker rooms, the students got an up-close experience of a coach’s daily routine. We also had a great discussion about what it truly means to take on the role of a coach.

Shadow Day is part of the internationally recognized Junior Achievement career education program, giving students a chance to explore real workplaces and get inspired for their future paths.
