With July 1st, Kurbads Ice rink is ready for the 2024/2025 Season!

We are excited to announce that Kurbads Ice Hall is open and ready for all ice skaters! The ice rink was closed for improvements from May 25, 2024, to ensure the highest quality ice and to enhance the skaters’ experience.

This year, after a one-year break, ice melting and restoration works were carried out. Throughout June, the ice rinks’s technical team diligently worked on melting the ice, followed by different improvements, culminating with the crucial tasks of pouring, painting, and freezing the new ice. We are proud that the ice masters of Kurbads Ice rink have mastered this process and continue to set new standards for ice quality in Latvia!

Continuing our development, active work is also underway on the construction of ice rink B, which is planned to open its doors to new clients on September 1st. This will be another opportunity for ice skating enthusiasts to enjoy the benefits offered by Kurbads ice rink.

From July 1st to 6th, the Harry Vītoliņš hockey camp for children is taking place. Public skating sessions are offered for both: figure skaters and skating with hockey sticks, allowing everyone to refresh their skills after a short summer break or to cool off from the hot Latvian summer.

We thank our clients for their patience and support, and the ice rink’s team for their relentless work to ensure excellent ice quality!

We look forward to welcoming you to Kurbads Ice rink!
